AgConnect operates a headquarters house and greenhouse farm. We have a need for a retired couple to live in and manage the headquarters farm. This can be any length of term and does not require learning the language. Responsibilities will include caring for the house, cooking for trainees and others who come for training as well as American personnel when they come. We have a need for an individual who has an agricultural background in dairy or sheep and goat nutrition to provide consulting in those areas as well as managed rotational grazing. Duties can also include reproductive management and artificial insemination both in practice and teaching. The Model farm in Kenya is still in the planning stage but we are looking for a farm manager to help with the research farm development.
