Required Documents for approval from FaithfulGive:

Terms and Conditions for applicant organizations

1. FaithfulGive will only partner with 501(c)3 public charities that align with its beliefs and values and provide services to Lancaster County residents or are headquartered in Lancaster County.

2. Your organization must be registered with the US Department of Treasury, Section 501(c)3, Internal Revenue Code, and have a current tax-exempt status, or be an affiliate in good standing of a national organization that is registered with the US Department of Treasury, Section 501(c)3, Internal Revenue Code, and has a current tax-exempt status. Your status will be verified.

3. Unless your organization has been approved by the IRS within the last fiscal year, it must certify that it annually submits to the IRS a complete copy of IRS Form 990 or 990EZ. At the discretion of the FaithfulGive Board, other evidence of fiscal transparency and responsibility may be required.

4. Your organization and its representatives must comply with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control including any statutes, orders, and regulations that restrict or prohibit U.S. persons from engaging in transactions with entities, or individuals subject to economic sanctions.

5. Your organization must administer promotional activities based on its charitable purpose as approved by the IRS. It must have a governing body that responsibly directs the organization and meets at least yearly. Board members can have no material conflict of interest and a majority cannot receive compensation from the organization.

6. Each approved organization that participates will receive a percentage of the 2025 Shared Fund granted by Faithful Give, distributed proportionally according to the percentage of money each participating organization raises during the campaign compared to the total money raised by all participating organizations during the campaign. Therefore, if your organization received 2.3% of all money raised during the campaign, then it will receive 2.3% of the Shared Fund.

7. Faithful Give will award shared funds and prizes based on funds received, not pledges or goals. Unless otherwise indicated, sponsorships (shared fund and prizes) reflect good faith pledges and/or goals.  Fulfilled sponsorships will be announced at faithfulgive.org/prize as funds are received. The Board of Directors of Faithful Give reserves the right to adjust the prize structure or final shared fund amount anytime before the giving event begins.

8. Participating organizations may recruit challenge grants from donors before the event to motivate community members to engage in the Faithful Give event.  To include matching donations when calculating shared fund awards, Faithful Give must receive all challenge donations directly from the donor(s), not your organization. Challenge commitments up to a stated amount must be emailed to support@faithfulgive.org at least 7 days before the event.  Challenge funds must be received by Faithful Give within 10 business days after the event to be counted in the competition for shared fund awards. Only received funds up to the pre-event stated amount can be counted towards shared fund awards. Challenge donations will not be used to calculate organizational winners of the "Engaged Donor Prize" or the "Show Me the Money Prize".

9. For online donations to be counted in competition for prizes, donations must be given through the faithfulgive.org website between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on each day of the campaign.

10. Online donations given between 7:00 pm to 7:00 am during the campaign will count toward shared fund grant proportions and the "Show Me the Money" Prize but not toward the Engaged Donor Prize.

11. Paper checks will be counted when calculating Shared Fund proportions if the check is received by 5:00 pm on day three of the campaign at Faithful Give, Box 133, 1002 Lititz, Pike PA 17543.  Paper checks received before 5:00 pm will be counted toward that day's "Show Me the Money" Prize.

12. Faithful Give is assessing no fees to provide this program to participating organizations.  However, any credit card or ACH transaction will incur processing fees as indicated online (presently 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction for credit/debit cards and 1% plus 10 cents per transaction for ACH). This means between 97% to 99% of donations will go directly to the donor’s preferred organization(s). Donors may receive a tax deduction for the full donated amount. Total gifts before fees will be used to determine the proportion of shared funds each organization is granted.

13. Neither Faithful Give, nor its representatives, can be held responsible for broken hyperlinks to any participating organization's website nor for any malfunctions or delays in the process of online giving through credit/debit cards or ACH.

14. Participating organizations should promote the event to their donors as they deem best and should take advantage of promotional materials made available by Faithful Give. Marketing methods and materials employed by participating organizations are fully at their discretion and expense.

15. Faithful Give will promote its campaigns through various media partners and provide marketing kits and training to participating organizations. Participating organizations will be offered a donation page and a hyperlink to the page for use during the campaign. Each organization is responsible for providing, on time, a description, logo, and other media for use on its donation page.

16. Each participating organization that is hosting an in-person event (service project, hosted prayer breakfast, etc) must submit a Certificate of Insurance to Faithful Give before hosting to support@faithfulgive.org. The Participant's commercial general liability policy shall be endorsed to include "Faithful Give, its officials, contractors, and volunteers" as an "Additional Insured" for liability arising out of or related to this agreement or operations of the participating organization.

17. Faithful Give will provide participating organizations with donor names and amounts given every 24 hours of the event by 7 a.m. the next morning. Every effort will be made to provide the donor's email contact at the time of this daily report. If your Kingdom Cause notices a new or previously unrecognized donor for which you have no contact information, your approved representative may email support@faithfulgive.org and our team will send them any contact information we have been given about unrecognized donors that have preferenced their donation to your non-profit organization.

18. All donations for the campaign are made payable initially to Faithful Give. As such, Faithful Give generates all donation acknowledgments for tax purposes via email, immediately upon receipt of online donations.  Paper check donations will be receipted to donors for tax purposes within 10 days of the end of the campaign.

19. Donor credit card statements and ACH transfers will show a donation to  “Faithful Give.”

20. The donor's name and the amount donated will be shared with the preferred cause that the donors identified. Donor information will not be sold or purposefully given to a third party.

21. Participating non-profit organizations may wish to acknowledge gifts received through Faithful Give but should make it clear that any such acknowledgment is not a tax receipt. Faithful Give issues the tax receipt.

22. It is prohibited for participant organizations to donate from their organization to their organization or from an affiliated business to its participating business foundation.

23. There is no minimum or maximum gift per donor.

24. A final report of all donations to each participating organization, both online and check donations, will be issued by Faithful Give within 45 days of the campaign close. Payment will be issued by check (or bank bill pay) within 45 days of the campaign close. Each participating organization is responsible for providing the information necessary to write a check. Payment will include the total amount of online donations received on behalf of the participating organization, minus ACH and credit/debit fees, all donated checks, the organization's online share of the shared fund, plus any prizes awarded from online donations according to the terms outlined at faithfulgive.org/prizes.

25. Any qualified charitable distribution checks (QCDs) or donor-advised fund checks (DAF) which were pledged before or during the giving event, must be physically received within 10 days after the end of the giving event. All other checks received after the giving event will be held and processed as “unqualified checks”. All timely online donations, timely received checks, and QCD and DAF checks received within 10 days will qualify to receive shared funds.  All late QCDs, DAFs, and unqualified checks will be deposited and funds forwarded to the Kingdom Causes, but will not count for shared funds.

26. Faithful Give reserves the right to disqualify any participating organization from participating in the event and/or receiving prize dollars, and/or shared fund dollars at any time before, during, or after the event, if, in its sole discretion, it believes that there has been a breach of these rules and/or deception on the part of the participating organization. In addition, Faithful Give will not knowingly make grants to participating organizations it believes, in its sole discretion, intend to support or engage in activities, whether online or offline, that grossly misalign with its beliefs and values.

27. Each participant organization’s page includes a link to their website where more information about their use of funds and their programs can be found.

28. We recognize that when a participating nonprofit encourages its donors to participate in Faithful Give events, these donors also become donors of Faithful Give. Faithful Give commits to absolute confidentiality concerning our mutual donors. We will not sell or furnish a donor’s information to anyone other than the organizations being supported by the particular donor through our giving events. Faithful Give’s contact with our mutual donors will be for the exclusive purpose of promoting Faithful Give fundraising events. Any communications, other than promoting our fundraising events, will be sent out to the leadership of participating non-profits to pass on to donors as they deem best.

Values and Beliefs

Faithful Give is committed to upholding values we consider essential to fulfilling our mission. These values are based upon the following beliefs.

We believe in one living and true God existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary as fully God and fully man.

We believe the Holy Spirit regenerates and sanctifies every believer.

We believe the Bible is the inspired and inerrant word of God, the infallible authority for truth and morality by which God directs and governs mankind.

We believe all humans have innate dignity because they are created in God’s image as male and female.

We believe sin has corrupted human nature so extensively that only God can fully heal it.

We believe a person is saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ who accomplished the redemption of His people through His life, death, and bodily resurrection.

We believe Jesus ascended to heaven, is now reigning as Lord, and will return.

We believe a rightly ordered understanding of life is given in the Bible and derived through a grammatical, historical, and redemptive interpretation.

We believe the church is composed of all true believers who are empowered by the Holy Spirit to live godly lives and bear fruit for God’s glory.

We believe, by turning from God, all people are separated from Him and remain under judgment unless they repent and accept God's forgiveness.

We believe the redeemed will be eternally restored to God and, thus, to all things in a new creation.
